The hotel is well-kept and beautiful with super friendly personnel from the electrical technicians who do everything else to all around to the people that watch over and the housekeepers. The location is marvellous, and the area is beach near golf courses and casinos. Also, I could reach The Gondola at Heavenly, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The location of the property was particularly good and unbeatable, perfect to walk to the nearby shopping center. The room was compact and reasonably large, provided with shower, comfortable beds, refrigerator.

Immaculately clean rooms with fireplaces for hotel guests. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, great and fantastic location.

Marvellous setting, not far from heavenly gondola and the heavenly shopping center and various eateries within walking distance. Decent size unique rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was well-kept and quaint thanks to its top-class staff. The location was easy, and we could reach Heavenly Village by walking. Set walking distance to a gondola station, it was great for traveling.

I loved the room with a balcony, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff members were always courteous and welcoming. The hotel's central location was convenient, being close to Lake Tahoe beach, various attractions, shops, restaurants.

Central location just off shopping centers and casinos, the lake and Heavenly Village, and ski lift, restaurants and shopping, and restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel.

The staff was very attentive and best, the accommodation was quaint and clean. Its king studio was unique with a fireplace and the balcony, for example. The service was great and the pool was great.

The location is convenient with nearby attractions within walking distance. The front desk staff was accommodating and offered a late check-out option. The poolside deluxe room provided privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The in-room whirlpool tub and super heated pool were enjoyable amenities. a well-maintained property with friendly staff.

The room was super clean 👌 but the carpet could use a good scrub. The bedroom was separate, offering a nice view of the mountains. The location was awesome, quite close to Van Sickle bi-State Park. 🌲
